The Free Rules seems to contain complete spell lists for both the Bard and the Warlock, along with links to the 2024 spells for those spells that are not in the Free Rules. Those spells do not appear on other spell lists that have access. An example would be Tasha's Hideous Laughter, which appears on both the Bard and the Warlock Free Rules spell lists along with a working link to the spell description, but not on the Wizard spell list.
They show perfectly fine for me so I think you're doing something wrong.
