We've had an issue with the app for over a month now and we've done everything to try and fix it.
On the website everything works perfectly, you can see, prepare, and use of all your spells. On the app you can't even see any additional spells unless you've prepared them on the website. I thought maybe it was my campaign but I've checked my own character that isn't in it and it's the exact same issue.
We've cleared cache and data. Logged out and back in. Disabled and reenabled the content. Uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has worked.

Adding another bump (#7). I just made a fresh level 7 Cleric with the same feature enabled. I didn't prepare any spells yet.
Website shows I know 70 spells. App shows I know 67 spells.
The same ones are missing for me as well via the app. Will try some troubleshooting and see what I can find. In the meantime, I would open a ticket via the link below. That should get the attention of staff so they can look into it from their end. Will reply with an update ones I have one.
Showing what? That it's been raised with the team? No, but then a moderator, Davyd, has just confirmed it. This was raised internally to them.

Bumping this in 2024, as I am currently experiencing this exact issue with my druid. Like OP, the mobile app is missing the additional druid spells from TCoE & XGtE, even though the additional content is enabled. Web version has no issues. I have also gone through the troubleshoot list. Was a fix ever found?

I also have this issue, just randomly found it out while being on a desktop looking at my spells and some of them aren't found in the App.
But if you use the website (Not the app) on the phone/tablet the additional spells are there. Kinda makes using the app less worthwhile.

Nope. Pretty cool paying for something that is fundamentally broken.
How frustrating :( I'll try submitting a bug report ticket to WOTC....maybe will see a fix within the year.
