I made a Captain - and when I do "Add Starting Equipment" (selecting, Ringmail for my armor, Longsword for my weapon, Bow and arrow for the range) - it adds the weapons, just fine - but no matter what it never adds the armor.
Character is set to public if any moderators/admins want to give it a whirl.
