Not long ago I bought digital edition of Xanathar's Guide to Everything book, and despite paying the money and completing the purchase, I received no email and the purchase is not in my history.
Do you live in the USA, if no then: The money has probally tranfered to a bank medium where the money, then will by tranfers to WOTC, then you will get the produkt.
Is the transaction finalized or still pending? If it’s pending but the purchase was not successful, I’d expect the charge to go away within a day or two. You might be able to call your bank and get that expedited.
I faced this issue as well. I purchased the digital version of Eberron: Forge of the Artificer, the money is deducted from my credit card and credited to Wizards of the Coast but on DDB there is no history of the transaction.
When I talked to customer support, it seems the reason is due to "Your financial institution does not support our requirement for Address Verification Services". Presumably it is because I do not live in America and therefore my local bank does not support this "Address Verification Service" and therefore also results in "The Billing Address used does not match your financial institution's records". Customer Support has further added that "Unfortunately, if confirmed all of your information matches exactly and the error continues, we may not be able to assist further and can only recommend trying another payment method for your purchase." For now, it seems Wizards is refunding the money but it is a slow process and I am still waiting for to be credited back into my bank account.
I am very unhappy with how my money can be successfully deducted from my account and into Wizards of the Coast's account when the website does not even list the transaction. It is very disconcerting that something like this can even happen. I end up having to waste my time repeatedly talking to both my bank and Customer Support just to get my money back. Now, I am concerned any future payment I make will suffer the same issue. It makes me not want to buy anymore products from Wizards if its payment methods are so unreliable and opaque.

Hello everyone.
Not long ago I bought digital edition of Xanathar's Guide to Everything book, and despite paying the money and completing the purchase, I received no email and the purchase is not in my history.
I sent a ticket, but has anyone faced this issue?

If it’s finalized, though, then you may want to contact customer support.
