Speedy is a feat from 2024 PHB and is not free. To access it you need to either own the content on D&D Beyond OR you need to be making your character in a campaign that has enabled content sharing and somebody in that campaign has the content.
If the above has been met then are you checking the "listings page" in the app or from a character sheet (manage feats / ASI)? If the latter, then is your character Level 4+ and has a Con or Dex score of 13+ --- these are the feat requirements.

My new character has the speedy feat. It shows up on the site but when I go to the character on the app it isn't there. Any ideas?
