help

I recently bought a digital copy of book of eventide to use a source book on this app, but I cannot access it to use on my character.  just wondering if I got something that was not compatible with the game 

Check entitlements are in sync by going to Account > Licenses (or click here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses)

Editing character go to Home tab in character builder and ensure 2014 Core Rules and Expanded Rules are enabled. You also need to ensure that Kobold Press is enabled under Partnered Content.

I have done that and still will not let me use the umbral rogue subclass...... do I need to subscribe to be a member to use it?
