Telepathic Bond, or as it's properly called Rary's Telepathic Bond, is a ritual spell per the Player's Handbook and needs to have the ritual tag associated with it.
It does. When you view it it has the R icon signifying ritual and if added to a character it appears in the Ritual section. If you are on about "spell tags" located at the bottom this is not official tagging but site specific for searching purposes which is not necessary for rituals because there is a specific filter option for it. There is therefore no point in a ritual tag for searching when you just click to search only rituals anyway.
There is a separate instance of Telepathic Bond and Rary's Telepathic Bond because Telepathic Bond is as it was released in the free Basic Rules and SRD while the full named version Rary's Telepathic Bond is only part of PHB. This is because Rary is an actual character in D&D lore and copyrighted, you find the same happening with any of the "Name" spells : Rary, Otto, Mordenkainen, etc are characters created by the children of the original makers of D&D and since incorporated into D&D lore and mythology as intellectual property so the spells so named after them cannot keep their names when given as part of free content.

Well I did manage to find Rary’s Telepathic Bond but it does no show the R icon and it does not show up in ritual spells.
So let’s give a little more detail. The character is a bard, the spell is being added to my spell list with level 14 magical secrets. Bards are ritual spell casters… and there’s the problem it only works with bard spells well crap but thanks.

Actually, now that I know this is about Bard class thing.. You are correct. It does not show R icon or show in Rituals even though it should.
Magical Secrets
By 10th level, you have plundered magical knowledge from a wide spectrum of disciplines. Choose two spells from any class, including this one. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip.
The chosen spells count as bard spells for you and are included in the number in the Spells Known column of the Bard table.
You learn two additional spells from any class at 14th level and again at 18th level.
Ritual Casting
You can cast any bard spell you know as a ritual if that spell has the ritual tag.
The spells you learn through Magical Secrets become bard spells and for you any ruling or feature regarding bard spells will regard those too. So, if the spell you choose is a Ritual spell it becomes a Bard Spell with a Ritual Tag and you should be able to cast it as a Ritual, so it should have an R icon and show in Rituals.
This is definitely a bug and will need to be looked into by a mod or dev.
