I published a homebrew fighter for the 2024 version and discovered some grammatical errors. So i clicked create new version, fixed my wording errors in two of the features, and went to publish. it now says "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels" even though i didn't add or take away any features or what level they were at.
They somehow re-introduced this bug for Fighters in particular a couple months ago. As far as I know there is no workaround that actually works currently.
someone on discord answered it. apparently the bug is that now all classes think they need a level one feature for both the 5e and 2024 versions. make an invisible level one feature and itll let you publish.
