It is possible that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache. If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
I have access to Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, but everything else I click in the compendium brings me to the marketplace page for the book.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, please submit a ticket to the support team and they will be able to resolve this for you.
edit: checking Hartless' post below, seems there was an issue. Hopefully it's sorted out now!
