Whenever I try and add any creature to any of my characters I can select the type but then it gets stuck loading and will not let me choose the creature. On a test account it did let me do it but not on this account on any device.
The good news is that I'm able to access that character and take a look and have been able to replicate the issue - the permanent spinning ring of "loading" when trying to add a creature. This rules out anything to do with caching on your computer.
The bad news is, I can't see any reason why this would be occurring. :(
Whilst the moderator team do our best to help anyone who is having difficulty with characters, we have limited tools that we can use to investigate and I think you now need assistance from a developer, through a formal support ticket.
Please create a support ticket, making sure that you link this thread in the ticket. A support ticket is the most reliable way of ensuring that this gets resolved for you.
