I think the issue is I have a Rogue with no spellcasting ability attuned to a magic item which offers spells. When I click on the Spells tab I see

I just had a look and the problem is caused by the way that item is set-up.
The dagger has 15 charges and has the spell Fog Cloud added.
However, the spell is also set to cost 1-15 charges. This means it can be upcast using additional charges to using a 15th level spell slot. As the spell casting system caps out at 9th level spells, this creates the error.
I recommend contacting the author and asking them to change the "Max Spell Charges" under the spell to 1.
