I am trying to update payment information, i sent a support ticket on Saturday and my subscription was canceled, today,, my bank went through a merger and i need to update my bank info . yet there is no place on the sweb site to do so...
If your subscription was cancelled, in ordinary circumstances you should be able to click on the Subscribe menu and then click on the “Subscribe” button on the page that comes up. But over the last few days lots of people have been reporting an inability to access subscription options. The devs are aware and are presumably working on it.
