I guess this is a little more of a question than an issue, but I'm not sure where else to put this. I own multiple hard copies of D&D sourcebooks (Xanathar's Guide, Tasha's Cauldron, Volo's Guide, etc.,) and obviously I want to use them on here, but not have to buy them on the marketplace. Is there a way to use the 'Redeem a Key' feature in that way? If so, how? I didn't see very much guidance on that page. I already have all these books and I want to use D&D Beyond for my character sheets, but I don't want to have to pay over 100$ just to buy books I already have on here and have to manually put in details of the class/subclass I want to play.
Sadly, D&D Beyond is a different company from Wizards of the Coast. They do not profit from the hard copy sales, so they will not offer free versions here. You can buy the content in pieces though. Rather than re-buy a whole book you could buy the subclasses and races individually and skip things like magic items, monsters, and the contents of the books. It would at least be cheaper than re-buying whole books.

Damn. Oh well, thanks for the info. Time to raid my bank account.
