I just lvled to 5 on my warlock. Checking the warlock page shows that my warlock slots are now lvl 3 and that I should learn a spell this level. When trying to select the spells to learn only lvl 2 and lower spells are showing.

Instead my Book of Ancient Secrets feature seems to be allowing me to choose ritual spells up to 3rd lvl when the initial spells should only be 1st lvl.
Is this in the character sheet or in the builder? If in the builder, try going to a different page of the builder and then returning; the page needs to refresh to recognize you have access to a new level of spells.
In terms of the Book of Ancient Secrets issue, I’m at a bit of a loss.

The first 2 options of book of ancient secrets should be level 1 (these are the starting options). The third and beyond options are for adding higher level rituals as you find them.
