There is nothing in the horn of Valhalla listing to indicate the rarity of each type.
Less importantly, there's a spare the in the second sentence.

D&D Beyond FoundersUpdate: I've had a look and the rarity of the individual horns can be seen when moving your mouse over the specific horn types, or by clicking on the tooltip and viewing directly, such as Horn of Valhalla (Silver)
