Have you purchased any content here? Are you in a campaign that has content sharing turned on? I'm guessing the answer to both questions is no.
There are only 3 free feats: firearm specialist (from Matt Mercer, a free 3rd party feat), grappler, and svirfneblin magic. Grappler requires a 13 strength, and svirfneblin magic is only for deep gnomes. So you are only seeing firearm specialist.
You either need to purchase feats, homebrew them, or be in a campaign with content sharing.
Basically this just randomly started happening. First and only character I have had it happen to. I went to level my character and the feats were randomly gone. They were there during level 4.
Only one feat is displayed in the Character Builder for my level 5 Warforged Ranger.

Have content sharing toggled off then on, and/or try removing and re-adding your character.
