I don't have full access after subscribing

I've just subscribed and still don't have all the race options when creating a character.  Haven't looked much further into what else is there

Subscriptions expand upon the available tools in D&D Beyond and give you access to the Alpha build of said tools, they don't unlock all books or anything like that.

You need to buy the races or the books they are printed in from the marketplace.
