i cant get my players access to anything I’ve bought in the marketplace. I wanted to give them certain options and so i purchased stuff and it doesnt show up in character builder!!! Help!!!

Go to the campaign page. At the top is a toggle for content sharing. Click.

Note: your players will need to add their characters through the Join link you send them (top-right on campaign page). This takes them to a page where they can add or make a character: only this character added/made this way will have content sharing enabled for them.

Note 2: Either you or a player that has joined your campaign (see Note above) must have Master Tier Subscription in order for the content sharing toggle to appear. If none of you have a Master Tier Subscription then you cannot share purchased content.

I have content sharing set to on and it still wont work.. does that mean im just screwed?

Do you or at least one of your players have a Master Tier Subscription?

That person needs to turn the Content Sharing Enabled switch on.

Content Sharing of purchased content requires at least one person to have a Master Tier Subscription and to enable it on a campaign - they don't need to be the DM, and once enabled by anyone then everyone gets to share any content purchased by anyone in the campaign.
