This was my experience as well. Was on a mobile device if there is any connection there useful for the website devs.
Edit: The issue seems to be resolved on clearing my cache and cookies and restarting the browser. May be that or was just coincidentally timed with a shadow fix by the devs judging by IchiRaiden's response.
Had a similar experience, thou not entirely the same. In my case I was busy filling out the survey when my browser got an error and was forcefully shut down. When I started the browser up and went to the survey again, I got the message I already completed it. Even thou I wasn't that far into it yet.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: Tried again and can now suddenly do the survey again. Not sure why, but nice.
