Hellish Rebuke shows as a 2nd level spell doing 3d10 damage for a multiclassed tiefling 3 thief 2 bard when it should only be 2d10 as per racial ability.
This is actually correct. As you note, Tieflings can cast Hellish Rebuke as a 2nd level spell once they reach level 3. But note the description of Hellish rebuke:
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
in other words, Hellish rebuke is a 1st level spell, but Tieflings get to upcast it to 2nd, added 1d10 damage for a total of 3d10.

The racial ability casts it at level 2, so 3d10 is correct.
