This is probably because of the ' in your username. Post a request for a "name change" credit in this thread (read the first post for instructions)...although chances are a mod will be along soon to tell you they have already offered you one. (the thread will still tell you how to use the name change credit)
I just made my character and no matter what I press it either doesn't do anything or it just refreshes the page. How do I fix this?

Ja'Saun, I have given you a name change credit. If you log out, and log back in you'll be able to change your name.
