I originally set up D&D Beyond with a Twitch login; however, the Twitch login is associated with an email address/domain that was shut down by the server host. Now when I try to log into Twitch to change the email, 2-factor authentication is asking me to provide a security code that was sent to the discontinued email address. I've submitted 2 tickets to Twitch support in the last 3 weeks asking for assistance with changing the email, but have received no response. In the meantime, at the suggestion of my DM, I set up a new D&D Beyond login associated with my Google account. I can access the campaign and sourcebooks, but I'm unable to access my character sheet and the DM is unable to un-assign/re-assign the character from the old login.
Is there anything you can do to help me access my character sheet? Fortunately, I have a printed copy, so I've been using that during games.
