Hello so I was watching the DEV update and I noticed when Adam went into his frames section he had access to a bunch of different ones, I know him being an admin would have a lot, but I only have access to Default & the CR ones, I think I should have access to more? As well could you look and see if any other options I am not getting? I have all the books and I am a master tier subscriber. Thank you.

Extra cosmetic stuff (frames, themes, background images, etc) are only available as select Pre-Order Bonuses for some sourcebooks. For example the Eberron: Rising From the Blood War book coming out November 19th, offers a pre-order bonus of these cosmetic things. If you go buy now you'll get get instant access to these. Once a sourcebook is released and no longer on pre-order it is no longer possible to get the pre-order bonus.
Unfortunately, there is not yet any way of getting the previous ones. It sucks, but there it is.

The most recent was Ebberon the last war but I've seen it tell me that I was getting the frames on all my purchases but I am know to assume that its only on preorders?

Eberron is not out yet. It comes out on the 19th.
I've only seen preorders ever mention frames. I even checked the marketplace after logging out and don't see grams mentioned on released books.
Thanks DxJxC hopefully when the book releases on Tuesday I'll have my pre-order stuff if not then I'll know for a fact its something to do with my account then.

A lot of people have been asking to be able to buy pre-order bonuses after the fact. It may happen someday.
I have preordered that book and still don't have access to those, which I think there is a problem with my account.
