I can read the Artificer and Alchemist compendium content but in the character builder even if I enable Eberron content for the character I never get the option to create an Artificer. I know it was announced it would take a few days to get the differences between WGtE, RftLW, and the UA all squared away, is this intentionally not enabled yet? If so when will I be able to create Artificer characters in the builder?

I think it should be working. Post a link to your character.
Post a link to what character? If I can't create an artificer I can't link to one.
I think it will still help the mods if you create a character and give it a different class for now. That will let them check the permissions, etc of your account.

I've seen a few people report this bug since then. I think it is fixed now, but I get artificer from ERftLW, so I can't test anything.
