When I am leaving my character and get the option for a feat or ability score improvement when I select feat I get no options of feat I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THE PHB ON DND BEYOND AND IRL I really hope I didnt waste 30 dollars Update all is fixed
I’m having the same issue, and I bought PHB two years ago.
I just want to check. Your account isn't 2 years old yet. Did you round up or did you accidently make a second account with the same name (it happens)?
I rounded up. My account is actually probably a little over a year old.
Did you try the things I suggested in the post right above yours? the last suggestion there is to post the url,of your character (not the share link) so that a moderator can check it out. If you’ve tried the other suggestions, please do that.

How long ago did you purchase the PHB here? It can sometimes take a bit to register. Try the following, checking after each to see if it is fixed:
log out of you DDB account and log back in
clear your browsers cache
make sure you have access to other PHB items. For example, what happens when you click beast sense?
if none of that helps, post the urls (not the share link) for your character and a mod will try to sort it out.
