So I wanted to report that in the adventure 'The Lost Mine of Phandelver' the first keyed encounter in the Wave Echo Cave is different from my hard copy: the boxed text on DDB is missing the paragraph that is written below the box, or at least that's how it is in my hardcopy.
So then, when I was looking for a thread about LMOP to post this, I wasn't able to use the search tool for the forum. It always shows some question marks whenever I search a keyword.. Sorry if this has been reported somewhere else or is a know issue.
The northeastern section of the cavern has collapsed, forming a ten-foot-wide, twenty-foot-deep pit. A sturdy hemp rope is tied off around a nearby stalagmite and dangles down the side of the pit, at the bottom of which is a rough-hewn tunnel heading northwest and east.
It is supposed to be in the boxed text that gets read aloud?

Yeah, the search thing has been going on for months.
Which paragraph are you referring to? Are you sure it is missing or is it just in a different place?
Ok, noted.
It's the paragraph that follows the boxed text that should be included in the boxed text.
This paragraph?:
It is supposed to be in the boxed text that gets read aloud?
Exactly, at least that is how it is printed in my hardcopy :-)

Or the Game Content team can come to you!
