The link to the Basic Rules to poisoned is incorrect: Basic Rules
Should be: Poisoned

Or rather it doesn't need to be a link at all since poisoned has a tooltip.

I've updated that block of text to remove the incorrect (and extraneous) link, as the condition tooltip is already present to provide the information.
