To my knowledge, API keys for DDB have never been available. There have been a number of discussions about APIs in the forums, and the official answer has always been that there is no publicly available API, and API access for third party/independent developers has never been mentioned by DDB staff in those threads, even when such developers have inquired about APIs.
Hey, I just saw, when trying to join the Developer Program to obtain an API key that the Page is no longer accessible.
