Go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account, select the Marketplace tab, and look under “Account Entitlements”; if it says you need to sync, click the sync button.
While on that page, scroll down to “Current Product licenses” and make sure the Wayfinders Guide to Eberron is listed. In particular, I’m wondering if you actually bought Eberron: Rising from the Last War instead of Wayfinders, as it contains the dragonmark subraces but not the elf subraces. You might also check to make sure that you bought the entire source and not just the compendium only option—especially if you already own Eberron: Rising.
Apologies if this is a known issue.
I purchased the WGtEberron and although the Dragonmark races appear as character options the new elf subraces (Valenar and Aereni) don't.
Any advice on how to correct this?
Thanks
