I have been sent a campaign invite link multiple times, but when clicked it only takes me to the D&D Beyond landing/home page. When I then check my campaigns page, I don’t see the campaign. Not sure if the problem is on my side or the DM’s?
I discovered what the issue was. It's not a problem on our side (we tried the reset approach multiple times), but on yours. It's a cross-platform functionality issue. I had been repeatedly trying to open the link with my phone and with my iPad, with both always taking me the D&D Beyond homepage only. This morning I tried with my PC instead and voila! It worked.

Are you trying to open the link from within an app? Like Discord or Facebook? Often times, that will open the link in an "in-app" browser as opposed to Safari. Since you're not logged in to that browser, you get redirected. If you were to copy and paste the link into Safari on your device, it should work.
Weird - I have used invite links on my iPad and iPhone, and they work fine. Did you try to manually copy and paste the link into your browser? Might be an issue with the Gmail app.
I guess one possibility is that the link invite refresh occurred between me trying to open the original link with my tablet and then opening what might have been a refreshed link on my PC, so correlation not equating to causation?

Check with them if they are resetting the invite link - as soon as they do that, any link already sent out becomes useless.

I was primarily trying to open from an gmail sent out to everyone. I also tried from Discord.
The gmail link worked only when I used my PC instead of my tablet or phone.
