First question: when did you buy the legendary bundle? If it was just today (5/24/2022), it can take a bit to filter through the system. Check your entitlements here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace. If it says you need to sync, click the sync button.
While you are there, scroll down to “current product licenses” to see what is listed there.
if, however, you bought the legendary bundle earlier, then the problem is that you have two different accounts. I say this because the join date of the account you posted from today is todays date. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon to inadvertently end up with multiple accounts. It has to do with the multiple options for sign in/authentication, and an inadequate system for checking inadvertent duplicates. If this is the case, you will need to submit a support ticket. Support is really backed up right now, so it could be several days. In the meantime, you might try signing in using a different option, although that may risk creating more duplicates.
Same/broken. "some" subclasses show up but a ton are missing. Can read every book, under entitlements says I'm all set, just have 1 account, and license is listed under current product licenses. Character creation not fully functional.

Can you provide some examples of subclasses you can’t access in the character builder?
Bard- only have college of lore. Cleric- only have life domain. Fighter- only have gunslinger and champion. Monk- only have cobalt soul and open hand. Rogue- only have thief. Warlock- only have the fiend. Wizard- only have evocation.

Do I understand correctly that you bought the legendary bundle? If so, that is really odd, and you should submit a support ticket. If you do, please be patient. They are very backed up. Please do not submit multiple tickets, as that will only bump you back further in the queue.
