My homebrew class adds feats but for some reason it's doing weird shit and adding two things in the character builder even though there's only one modifier granted by the feature.

Replicating this bug and looking at your subclass I can see that the first option to pick a feat is locked and can't actually select a feat. I have forwarded this visual bug to the relevant team.
As for options for asking for help,
