Before the latest update I've had 7/6 characters for a while and now since the new update I had to remove 1-2 to be able to access my characters again due to having above the limit.
However after deleting two characters I'm still unable to access the other 5, they're just grayed out and can't be clicked on. Creating a new character is fine and works.
unfortunately, this isn't something that the forum moderator team can resolve. Please can you raise a ticket with the support team? They will be able to resolve this for you.
