I have a level 3 character - Fighter(2)/Death Domain Cleric(1).
The extra spell Ray of Sickness, does not show up in the spells list as available spells. On the spells page it is also not listed as available for Death Domain Clerics (or any Clerics) despite being listed in the DMG as a listed available spell.
Apologies if this is a duplicate, I searched and only found old threads pertaining to before launch.
This spell is from the Player's Handbook - do you have access to the Player's Handbook on D&D Beyond (either purchased, or your character is in a campaign with content sharing and the PHB is shared?

This seems to have been fixed as it is now in my Spells list.
Thanks for the update!
