I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's some sort of bug. I'm running Dragon of icespire peak and my players have found a few of the items like the pole of collapsing, and clock work amulet. I purchased dragon of icespire peak for my compendium. And I have access to the phb and dmg though a friend of mine on d&d beyond. But none of us seem to be able to find any of the items on d&d beyond. I ended up making custom items for my players so that it's on there d&d beyond stat sheet. But it would be alot easyer if it was actually in the items list so I can just add it instead of making a custom item. Please help me out.
OK that makes sense. How do I get content sharing turned on? I don't have the master tier but one of my players does. Or should I just get the master tier. Me and him are the only ones that dm in our group so I didn't think we both needed it sense he already had it.
You're correct - it only needs for one person to have a master tier subscription.
All they need to do is go to the page for the campaign and click the button to enable content sharing (it doesn't matter if they are a player or DM for the campaign).

As you noted, the Pole of Collapsing and Clockwork Amulet are both found within the Dragon of Icespire Peak adventure.

I suspect the problem is 2 or 3 that Stormknight mentioned. If you do have all 3 try turning content sharing off then on again.
