Greetings. Overall I love the app and the ease of use. Recently I purchased the Legendary Bundle for my campaign. I shared ALL resource books with those in my campaign save for the any of the Modules. One of the players is a Life domain cleric (was not given access to anything else when we first started up our campaign and I had yet to purchase the bundle). Since I have been able to share my sourcebooks - and listening to Critical Role and Caduceus playing it - he has decided to go Grave domain. However, he does not see that option in the column. I have the annual pro subscription, he does not. He can read up all my resources but doesn't have access for character creation. He bought the Grave domain from Xanathar's Guide to Everything and then could access it. Did I share it improperly? Does he have to have a subscription to use what I have shared with him? please advise.
So couple of questions here. You have a master tier subscription and not hero tier, correct? Because only the master tier allows content sharing.
Second, is your player attempting to create a character within a shared campaign or just within his own "My Characters" page? Because you can only use shared content in the campaign.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
so i have the master subscription and he does not have any subscription. i have enabled sharing in the campaign and i did not try turning it on and off. how does he create a character to add to the campaign with the new domains or any of the shared content? he was originally Life domain and after the sharing of content, he tried to switch to grave with no success. once he bought the "grave domain package" for $1.99 he was okay to access it, though i had to actually access his lvl 3 character in the campaign and adjust his domain for him.

Third, if your answers to 1wng's questions are yes, did you enable content sharing in the campaign? Did you try turning sharing off then on again?

If the character is in the content sharing campaign, it should have access to shared content. If it doesn't, turn sharing off then back on.
appreciate the suggestion. will give it a go next time something like that happens. Appreciate all the help guys.
