Hi. When I try to access to a sheet, it redirects me to the page of created characters (https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-characters) when I use google chrome, version 79. If I use internet explorer, version 11.657, it redirects me to the home page (https://www.dndbeyond.com).
It’s the ó and í characters in your user name. Unfortunately, DDB can’t handle “special” characters in user names, even though it lets you create them that way. You will need to request a name change credit; once you have received it, follow the instructions in the first post of that thread. Depending on timing, a moderator may drop by this thread and indicate you have been issued such a credit before you have a chance to make the request. If that happens, just follow the instructions in the thread I linked.
Try logging out and back in again. I might be wrong, but I think any account that 'inherited' a special character or characters from the twitch/google account used to register is automatically granted a name change credit. Logging out and back in again (I think) prompts you to use this credit to 'fix' your user name
Hello there! You have been awarded a name change credit already. You can logout, and log back, which will allow you to change your username on your profile.
As an idea: Rewrite the code to handle it -or- to not allow said characters in usernames? One of my players is having the same problem, and input sanitation is pretty 101 stuff, guys

Thanks a lot for your answer. I will request it later and try it again.
