Dnd campaigns aren't really "campaigns", it does nothing except content sharing(combat tracker for the subscribers i guess), so you can keep content sharing. It's not like you have to be in a campaign together to be in a dndbeyond campaign together
Look I appreciate the replies but again. We aren't looking for work arounds that leave one person fully dependent on the other just for their characters to work.
Really I'm hoping one of the support staff can respond and give us an official reply.
We want to start collecting more source materials but it's a hella pain that just because its in digital format we need to buy everything twice.
There is no way to pay once for two licenses. It doesn't matter if you live together.
If you want to share, you will need to get content sharing and make a "campaign" with content sharing enabled. You can then make your characters in that and then move them to any other campaigns you want.
It's not the answer you want, but it is the answer that's correct.

Is there a way to both have license?
"Fully Dependent?" Look, I'm not sure if you understand the dndbeyond system, but if you have mobile/PC, it doesn't matter if you're halfway across the world from the other. Being in a dndbeyond campaign really doesn't do anything.

So we live together and want to buy more content, but it doesn't make any sense to pay twice for everything.. Is there a way to link our accounts?
And no not just content share because we aren't always going to be in campaigns together so that isn't what we mean.
Really hoping my question makes sense. Thanks in advance for the response!

That’s what I do. I have a generic friend campaign with my friends all in it so I have the liscence.
