Is there a way to set a campaign so that only the DM's homebrew collection is available for players? I have one player who is also DMs a different campaign and all of the things in his collection are showing up for other players. Some of the players are new to the game and I would prefer them not to be confused by homebrew stuff from another player's collection but still want them to have access to homebrew material that I create as DM.
Not at this time. But you could maybe work something out with your player where you both preface the names of homebrew meant for a particular campaign with "[Name]" or whatever so it's clearly meant for a particular group. Unfortunately that's not going to help with published homebrew your player added to their collection...

I try and make mine fit into a format similar to what ddb uses. Here's how I usually name my homebrew:
Background Name (Suffix)
PREFIX • Feat Name
PREFIX • Magic Item Name
Monster Name (Suffix)
Race (Suffix)*
Race Subrace Name (Suffix)*
Race Variant Name (Suffix)*
Prefix • Spell Name
PREFIX • Subclass Name
PREFIX is capitalized, usually an abbreviation of a source. Prefix is normal, usually a shortened version of a source. Suffix is normal, usually the entire source name.
* Race name should be 1 word, that way the main Race displays correctly in the character creator screen. Below is an example of a Harverstborn race with 3 subraces, each with a variant.

Is this at all possible?

Here's how I set that up:
How to: Replace DEX in AC | Jump & Suffocation stats | Spell & class effect buff system | Wild Shape effect system | Tool Proficiencies as Custom Skills | Spells at higher levels explained | Superior Fighting/Martial Adept Fix | Snippet Codes Explored - Subclasses | Snippet Math Theory | Homebrew Weapons Explained
My: FEATS | MAGIC ITEMS | MONSTERS | SUBCLASSES Artificer Specialist: Weaveblade

That's pretty smart. I might try to do that.
