I play a Wizard 2/Socerer 3 and I can't get 3d level spells on character builder on D&D Beyond, but since sorcerers can exchange their spells with other spells for which they have spell slots, I should be able to get 3d level spells. Too bad I can't get them in character builder.
If this bug could be fixed I would realy appreciate it.

This isn't a bug.
As per the multiclassing rules when you make spell selections you treat each class individually. Since you are 2nd level Wizard you can only have 1st level Wizard spells. Since you are 3rd level Sorcerer you can only have 2nd level spells at highest.

Hello Elsus!
Your "Spells Known" are separate from spell slots. Your spells known come from each class individually. You can find more on multiclassing spellcasters here.
Your 3rd level spell slots can be used to cast your lower level spells for improved effects!

Oh, I thougt that the rules stated that since I have the slots I can cast the spells too, but apparently not. Thank you!
