I just noticed there's a bug going on with half-elves. For their 1st level Ability Score Improvement the site now allows you to pick the same stat twice and ALSO lets you pick Charisma. Ergo, allows for a +4 Cha for just being a half-elf. See image here: https://imgshare.io/image/1e2ox
Are you using a homebrew version of the race because I am unable to replicate the bug.

Create a new character outside of any campaigns and with Homebrew toggle turned off.
Now select race as Half-Elf.
Does the problem persist?
If it does not, then homebrew was the problem. Either it was homebrew of somebody else in a campaign or you created a copy of the race.

I'm actually impressed you made a video. That helps a lot.
It's very strange. Since I could not replicate the error I assumed it had to be some homebrew or something - if it was a bug with the race, everyone making a character with the race would encounter it, but that isn't the case.
I'm finding it very strange it's only affecting you (or at least "some but not others") without homebrew being any issue.
I can't even suggest posting a link to a character sheet, because it's not character specific and affecting any new character you make, as seen in the video.
Gotta admit, this one's got me stumped.

Making a video generally skips the entire "did you do this, did you do that" round :P
I find it very strange as well. I recently created a Noble Bard, perhaps the gods are interested in my pick and have granted me a cheat to get his charisma to 20 at level 4......you never know.......
Thanks for the help anyway! If you ever find out what may have gone wrong, let me know!

Good luck fixin' it!

I'm not, just a regular version. Strange.
I am the Ancient, I am the Land...
Just checked, it's not showing that way for me either. I get the normal increase for two other attributes.
Stevensirovai, try doing these tests:
Create a new character outside of any campaigns and with Homebrew toggle turned off.
Now select race as Half-Elf.
Does the problem persist?
If it does not, then homebrew was the problem. Either it was homebrew of somebody else in a campaign or you created a copy of the race.

Hey Cyb3rM1nd,
I tried it, still was able to do it. Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcnKvQnGP1g&feature=youtu.be
I was unable to do so about a week or so ago, I have created no homebrew the last month or so, so that also can't be it....strange huh!

Well, that is very interesting that it does that for you.
I suggest contacting support, because it just does seem to affect you (that we know of), but thanks for the video, it really helped demonstrate.
Thank you for the report! The team has been made aware of the issue. :)
Thanks MellieDM!
