The Prodigy Feat shows up on the “Feat page”, but does not populate in Ability Score, Manage Feats or Create Homebrew. Please address.

Do you own the feat, either through purchasing the Player's Handbook or individually, or are you accessing it through content sharing?

If you're accessing it through content sharing, it'll appear on the feats page, but won't appear in a character sheet for a character being made outside of the campaign.

It's not a free feat so have you purchased it or have access to it through campaign sharing (and the character is in that campaign)?

If you have is your character a human or half-elf? The feat is only available for these races.
