My Master subscription recently ended, and I am unable to access the characters that I have created. Any help with this issue would be appreciated. Thank You.
On your characters page, you should be able to select up to 6 characters to unlock, and then complete your choices. Those, up to 6, will then be available. If you renew your subscription, any remaining characters will be automatically unlocked.
OK. I saw that you have 5 locked characters in the DB, the remaining had been deleted, so I unlocked those 5 for you.
Is there a way to keep the ones that are not unlocked from being deleted
Please don't necro old threads--especially not one 2-1/2 years old. If your subscription lapses, the others are not supposed to be deleted, just locked until your subscription resumes.

I'm afraid that when I go to my character page, that I don't have an option to unlock my characters. I may be missing something. Sorry.
