I'm attempting to create a weapon for a player that adds a +x to attack and 1dx damage for two of it's features. I made three of the EXACT same item but with differing numbers being the only difference(for awakening purposes). One only added the extra dx of damage to the item and the other added a +x to both Attack AND damage instead of just attack. I can't find a way to show just an increase in attack at all or way to show both the extra dice of damage and the +x to attack. PLEASE HELP!
That is the official way to increase the damage type. It does not currently roll on the character sheet dice roller, but that is how all of the official stuff (like Flame Tongue) is programmed. You can make the note about the bonus to hit and adjust it manually on the character sheet by customizing the action.

ah i see what you're saying. my issue is raising the attack without automatically raising the damage . if i try to raise the attack by say +1 it always raises the damage by +1 as well.

Right. It does work in homebrew that way. But you put it in the description, and then add the attack bonus directly on the character sheet by customizing the action there. This isn’t an “all homebrew” or “all customization” solution. This is a little of column A and a little of column B solution.

I'm not trying to increase the damage I'm trying to only increase the attack.
That can't be done with the current homebrew tools. It has to be done by customizing the weapon's 'Attack' action on the character sheet, manually.
Please do not contact or message me.
In your OP you said you wanted the attack raised by a fixed amount and the damage increased by a die rolled amount.
