Same thing happened to me when I paid for a master subscription. Bank statement showed the item twice, and in my subscription page it actually showed up as two subscriptions, both for the month of September and expiring on the same day. Contacted support and they sorted everything out right away.
Yeah i followed the link and submitted the support request. They said i was only charged once but the bank shows three so we'll see where this goes. So far a pretty quick response from support though.

I purchased the DMs guide it appeared i was charged twice for it and it hasnt shown up on my account. I was wondering how i should get this resolved.
To make it show, try to clear the cache.

Clearing my cache didnt seem to help either.
As your bank statement shows you paid twice, you should definitely contact support via the link Filcat gave above.
