I was messing with the new race option of the changeling. In doing so I found that all the race exclusive feats are unlock for the changeling to use. I don't know if this was intended or not.
That's the case for all races for me. They all have access to all feats currently.
I believe that all feats are available right now while they are testing the new ad hoc feats feature and that they will be locked again later.
DM: The Cult of the Crystal Spider (Currently playing Storm King's Thunder)
Player: The Knuckles of Arth - Lemire (Tiefling Rogue 5/Fighter 1)
Are there any racial feats for changelings in 5e? Because I can't find any
None that I know of
