Currently, if you start creating a character with the "Show Help Flag" checked, there is no way to change that choice later. I'd suggest adding an option to change the help setting on the Home/Character Preferences tab of the Character Builder.
Try clicking the blue question mark in the top left on any page of the character builder, that should turn it off for you
