i buyed one grung above and can't use the grung in the characters create plz fix has you see  have payed or else i will have my money back for that book so i can rebuy it

When you go to create a character you are first shown a home screen with toggles. Ensure "noncore D&D" is on (red). You'll then be able to select the race.

In case it helps (it doesn't seem like English is your first language):

buyed > bought
plz > please
"has you see" > I think you're trying to say "as you can see"
payed = paid

Your sentence would be best put as two sentences like this: "I have bought 'One Grung Above' but can't use the Grung race in the Character Builder. Please fix, I have paid for this, or give me my money back so I can rebuy it. "
