So maybe an hour ago, I bought the College of Swords and I bought Storm Sorcery. College of Swords I can get to. But the one I actually need for this new character, the Storm Sorcery, isn't showing up as an option in the character creation. Help?

Edit: Now 4 or 5 hours later, and it still isn't working.

Edit 2: I cleared my cache too, and that still didn't work

Click on your user name in the upper right portion of this page.  Choose account. Then choose the marketplace tab.  Scroll down to “current product license” do college of swords and storm sorcery show up there?  If not,contact support.  It may take a while, but they should get back to you.

If they do show up there, scroll back up to the top and check under “account entitlements”. If it says your entitlements need to be synced, click on the sync button.  (The button will only be there if you need to sync).

Please let us know whether or not those suggestions work for you. 

Everything shows up there, nothing needs to be synced.

Hunh.  What options do you see under sorcerous origin in the builder?

Please post a link to an affected character (if need be, give it a different sorcerous origin for the moment).  Hopefully a moderator can check it out.

I can see my homebrew one, wild magic, and Draconic bloodline. I'll just chuck random stuff into the sheet so it can be looked at. I'll post it in an edit in a few minutes.

I sent them an email, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. It still isn't working.
