Recently I bought and paid for the top-tier membership, and bundle, but when I got to look at an adventure, in this specific case, Descent int Avernus, I'm unable to read the material, yet, when I go to the marketplace I get the "you own it all!" message. It's very confusing.
It is unclear to me whether you bought just the Master Tier subscription (which does not include any content) or the Legendary Bundle, which is all the content currently available (minus the tactical maps reincarnated). Since the marketplace tells you that you own it all, I’m going to presume that you bought the Legendary Bundle.
If that is the case, try resyncing your entitlements: tap (or hover over) your username in the upper right of this page. Choose Account, then tap the Marketplace tab. The first section of that tab is “Account Entitlements” if it says you need to sync, tap the sync button. While you are there, scroll down to the third section, Product Licenses, and make sure that it shows all those items as purchased.
